Thank you for complying with the following policies to provide the best service possible and be fair to all clients. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of the guidelines below.

  • How to Arrive

Hair should have been cleansed and detangled in the last three days. Hair needs to be 100% dry from roots to ends. Please avoid heavy butter and oils. Please wear your hair down. Now braids, buns, twists, headbands, ponytails, or any up styles.

  • Prices

All prices are set regardless of age or gender. All services require a deposit at the time of scheduling to reserve their appointment.

    Prices are subject to change.

  • No Shows

All no-shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

  • Cancellations

You are welcome to cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Lateness

If you arrive 15 minutes or more (without notifying me) after your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Refunds

There are no refunds for services, no-show fees, and cancellation fees. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please send an email within five days, and we will try to find a solution to your needs.

  • Payments

All major credit cards, debit cards, and tap-to-pay are accepted. I accept cash but only in exact change. I do not keep cash in the studio. Currently, I am not accepting pay-later services such as Afterpay or Klarna.

  • Guest/Children

To encourage a pleasant experience, please avoid inviting guests to your appointment. This includes children, significant others, friends, and family members. Please make arrangements so that you can enjoy your service time alone. Guests are welcome to explore the nearby shops and restaurants.

Minor children are only allowed if they are receiving a service. Services are provided to children 8+.

  • Pets

Pets are not allowed. Service animals trained to aid a person with a disability are always welcome.
